  1. Gain weight by going 'diet'

    Fortunately people now are paying more and more attention to healthy food, refusing from junk food. Diet drinks are kind of junk food, I think.
  2. I also heard that seafood and green tea have high levels of fluoride. Even heard about fluorosis caused by high consumption of green tea.
  3. Health benefits and risks of processed supermarket milk

    I've noted that 'organic milk' which we can find on the supermarkets shelves, has this light fatty layer on top as a raw milk, but it's not raw. I heard that it also pasteurized, but at milder conditions. And it makes it safe, but looking like 'raw' milk. I think that they just don't use homogenization.
