We all know that unhealthy food, as a rule, is more tasty. Eating meals high in fat, sugar and salt is more satisfying than eating nutritious food, such as brussels sprouts or carrot. Why does our brain drive us to eat junk food and detest the most healthy? Does it mean that 'good' food always has a 'bad' taste?
